
The Graduate School administers
all graduate programs
at the University of
Georgia, including the general degrees Master of Arts, Master of Science
and Doctor of Philosophy Degrees. (UGA is a participant in the
Electronic Thesis and Dissertation (ETD) Initiative.)

The University of Georgia Law School offers the
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and the Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
The Law school also offers joint J.D degree programs in business administration
and historic preservation.

Advanced degrees offered by the Terry College of Business include
the Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Accountancy (MAcc),
Master or Marketing Research, and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D).

The college offers the Master of Arts in Journalism and
Mass Communication (MA), the Master of Mass Communication (MMC), and the
Doctor of Philosophy in Mass Communication (Ph.D.).

In addition to the pharmacy professional degree (the Pharm.D
and Non-Traditional Pharm.D) awarded by the college,
the graduate program awards doctoral (Ph.D.) and masters (MS) degrees in
the disciplines of medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutics, pharmacy administration,
clinical and experimental therapeutics,
pharmacology, toxicology.

The professional clinical degree offered by the College is the
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). The
College also administers graduate research programs
leading to masters and doctoral degrees.
