Outlaws

UGA OutLaws is a forum for the law school community to discuss legal and societal issues relating to sexual orientation and gender identity. We bring practitioners to the law school to speak on developments in LGBT law, and, more generally, we encourage an atmosphere of camaraderie among our members. Membership and activities are open to all University of Georgia School of Law students, faculty, staff, alumni, and other supporters.  A number of Georgia Law faculty and staff are "allies" within the UGA Safe Space program.

To subscribe to the Outlaws listserv, send an email to joellen@uga.edu including your first and last name, as well as a description of your existing, or hoped-for, connection to Georgia Law.  Privacy of the subscriber list is protected.  The listserv manager reserves the right to refuse possibly inauthentic name / address requests.

The annual UGA OutLaws fall alumni mixer was held at Einstein's in Atlanta on Thursday, October 25, 2007. About 25 current and former students of UGA OutLaws were in attendance, and we enjoyed appetizers and drinks while catching up with old friends and making new ones."
