Verona is a city and provincial capital in Veneto, Northern Italy. The ancient town and the center of the modern city are in a loop of the Adige River near Lake Garda. Because of this position, the areas saw regular floodings until 1956, when the Mori-Torbole tunnel was constructed.  

Study Abroad in Verona

The 2008 Summer Study Abroad Program will take place May 16 to June 25. Enrollment is limited to 60 students. The group will arrive in Verona on May 16. On days with “No Program Activities,” students are free to travel on their own.

Rome
Naples

The 2008 Fall Study Abroad Program will take place Sept. 4 to Nov. 14, 2008. The deadline for applications is extended to May 30, 2008.

The group will arrive in Verona on September 4 where they will check-in at the Residence all'Adige and attend a Welcome dinner. The following day will start with Orientation and a tour of Verona (see Calendar). On days with "No Program Activities", students are free to travel on their own.
