The nice thing about UGA's recently unveiled 30-year Physical Master Plan is that improvements to campus will start happening immediately. Case in point: the Herty Field parking lot—an oxymoron if there ever was one—is green again. Campus architects are also to be congratulated for the beautiful fountain (some students view it as a wading pool) that now graces the south end of the lawn.
