How to Begin

The bachelor’s degree programs offered by the University of Georgia at the Griffin campus are degree-completion programs intended for transfer students who have already earned at least 60 transferable semester credit hours with a minimum GPA of 2.80. The programs also are open to prospective students who have already earned a bachelor’s degree and are seeking a second.

In addition to meeting the general eligibility criteria above, students must also meet eligibility requirements for the specific degree program they wish to pursue.

Prospective students for the UGA Griffin Campus can now apply online.  The Office of Undergraduate Admissions strongly encourages students to submit applications electronically.  This cuts back on the amount of paper resources used and is a more efficient way to process applicants.

However, those wishing to apply by mail may still do so by downloading the application form [pdf] and mailing it with a check or money order to cover the application processing fee to:

UGA Admissions
Academic Affairs Office
1109 Experiment Street
Griffin, GA 30223

Note:  Applications for the graduate degree programs offered in Griffin are made to UGA's Graduate School and to the specific program.  For more details, see the Graduate Programs listings under Degree Programs.

Gordon Colleges students applying for transient status at the Griffin Campus need to fill out a Transient Request [pdf].
