Bookstore
The bookstore is located on the first floor of the Stuckey building next to the Fitness Center. Follett College Stores operates the bookstore and works with instructors to provide class materials. Students may purchase new and used textbooks in the store or online at www.follett.com. The Griffin bookstore also provides UGA collegiate attire and memorabilia.
Library
The Griffin Campus Research Facility library is a branch of the University of Georgia Libraries.
The library is located on the first floor of the Stuckey Building and is open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. with staff available 8 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m. Researchers who require access to the materials in the library after working hours and on weekends may obtain a key card for this purpose.
Testing Services
The Office of Student Affairs provides testing information and services for Constitution and History exams for UGA Griffin Students. Students who need to take one or more of these tests should contact the Office of Student Affairs (770/412-4400) for more information or to schedule an appointment.
Career Services
UGA's Career Center helps students with choosing a major, choosing a career, and job search techniques, such as resume writing and interviewing skills, among other services. The center also offers assistance to alumni in finding new jobs and meeting career needs. All on-campus Federal Work-Study positions are also posted through the Career Center. Griffin students are encouraged to register for Dawg Link through the Career Center’s homepage to take advantage of their many services. The assistant director for student affairs at the Griffin Campus also can assist with resume writing and interview skills by appointment.
Fitness Center
Griffin students, faculty and staff can use the Fitness Center in the Stuckey Building free of charge. Prior to using the center, students must register and pick up an ID card in 107 Flynt.
Vending
Vending machines are located in the kitchen area in 111 Flynt Building. The kitchen has a microwave, ice machine and refrigerator.
