A team of researchers in the UGA College of Education is creating the next generation of science curriculum, using touch screens, digital animation and storyboards, thanks to a grant from the National Institutes of Health.

Career Fair set for Classic Center
The UGA Career Center is having its Spring Career Fair Jan. 28 from noon to 5 p.m. at the Classic Center in downtown Athens. Participants can meet with recruiters seeking students to fill both internship and full-time opportunities. All current UGA students and alumni are invited to attend.
Men’s tennis team to host PAC 12 Showdown
The men’s tennis team will play UCLA Jan. 31 at 2 p.m. and USC Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. at the Dan Magill Tennis Complex. The matches are part of the SEC-PAC 12 Showdown.
Students to perform in Concerto Concert
Student musicians from the Hugh Hodgson School of Music will perform virtuosic concerti and opera arias with the UGA Symphony Orchestra in their annual Concerto Competition Concert Jan. 28 at 8 p.m. in Hugh Hodgson Concert Hall. Tickets are $10, or $5 with a UGACard.
