About UGA Gwinnett Campus
The University of Georgia, founded in 1785, is the oldest and most comprehensive institution of higher education in Georgia. It's also consistently ranked among the top 20 public universities in the nation by U.S. News & World Report, based on such factors as academic reputation, student retention and faculty resources.

UGA’s Gwinnett Campus currently offers graduate degree programs in selected fields, as well as a variety of non-credit courses for personal and professional development.

With the creation of Georgia Gwinnett College, UGA bachelor’s degree-completion programs – offered at the Gwinnet Campus since 2002 – are being phased out, with the last undergraduate students expected to earn their degrees by the end of spring semester 2008.
