Officer positions for 2010 now available
UGA Habitat is looking for dedicated members to fill our officer positions for 2010 calendar year. You must have attended at least one general meeting and be available to hold the position for both Spring 2010 and Fall 2010 semesters. Elections will take place on January 27, 2010.
Here is a list of obligations for officers:
- To attend Officer's Meeting every Monday night at 8pm (with 2 allowances to miss)
- To attend General Meetings every other Wednesday night at 7pm (with 2 allowances to miss)
- To attend the Officer's Retreat on the weekend of February 6th
- To attend the Officer's Build on February 20th
- To attend all events and fund raisers (with 2 allowances to miss)
- And of course other duties associated with your particular position

Got Cans?
UGA Habitat's Recycling Coordinators are collecting aluminum cans! You can help build a house by collecting cans from your fraternities and sororities, your campus groups, etc. And when you get a big enough load, simply email our Recycling Coordinators at cansforhabitat@gmail.com. More information can be found on the Facebook group page.
