John Paul Hill is currently writing his dissertation, "A.B. 'Happy' Chandler and the Politics of Race." He has taught at Gainesville State College and Andrew College. He regularly contributes book reviews to Nine: A Journal of Baseball History and Culture and The Register of the Kentucky Historical Society.
