Nathan Vigil contributed articles on "Ronald Reagan" and "Margaret Thatcher" to the Routledge Encyclopedia of the Cold War (2008), and his essay, "The Quest for Leadership in a Time of Peace: Jimmy Carter and Western Europe" will be published by Cambridge University Press in an edited volume in 2009. In addition to teaching at UGA, he is currently completing his dissertation at Emory University on US-Soviet relations during the presidency of Ronald Reagan.
