How to post a message

  1. The interface of the message center will be in Chinese Big-5.  However, English messages are also welcomed.

  2. E-mail webmaster to obtain the user ID and password.

  3. Go to this website.

  4. Submit the user ID and password at "台長登入" which is located at the lower left hand side of the website (you need to scroll down a little bit).

  5. Click on "我要新增新聞"

  6. Enter all necessary data then click on "我完成了!"

  7. Click on the "送出上線".

  8. You are ready to read the message you just posted at the message center.
