Contracts, Fees & Payment What are the rental rates for UGA residence halls? Click here for all current rental rates. When is housing rent due? A $35.00 registration fee is due at the time of registration. All other housing fees are transmitted to student accounts and are due by the date set by the Bursar's Office. Please visit the Bursar's Office for more information. Are there any other fees that I may be charged by University Housing? Residents will be held responsible for any fees incurred and/or services rendered, such as early check-in, bike locker rental, property damage, the East Campus Village cleaning service, lock change due to lost key, room condition, and improper check-out. All charges will be transmitted directly to the resident's Student Account and must be paid by the date established by the Bursar's Office. Please visit the Bursar's Office for more information. Whom do I pay? All transactions will be made through Student Accounts in the UGA Bursar's Office. Credit card payments can be made online. Make checks payable to the University of Georgia.
