What is the alcohol policy? 1. Each room is equipped with a smoke detector for safety purposes, and each hall has several fire alarm pull stations and fire extinguishers in case of emergency. What is the visitation policy? When can I have guests in my room? Three visitation options are available to accommodate the individual preferences of students; the options indicate times during which guests are permitted to visit and are noted in each community description.
Are pets allowed in the residence halls? The only pets permitted in the halls are fish. Aquariums must be 20 gallons or less. What other rules and policies affect me? The Community Guides list and describe many of the other policies affecting residence hall residents. Please click here for access to the online Community Guides. Of course, all UGA Housing residents are also subject to the regulations and policies covered in the UGA Student Handbook. |
