to qualify for this lodging.

one month.
Payment for guest rooms and apartments can be completed by cash, check,

Visiting scholars are encouraged to deliver a short presentation to
the students with whom they share the community. These presentations can

- Visitors wishing to participate in the Visiting Scholars program should
download, complete and return this guest

- All applications must also be endorsed by the on-campus sponsor, who
must agree to pay any rent or other charges not settled by the departing
guest.
- UGA Housing will assess space and availability on the dates requested.
- If space is available a contract will be issued by UGA Housing. This
contract must be endorsed by the guest and the on-campus sponsor.
A sample copy of the Guest Accommodations contract can be found here.
At this time guests will be put in touch with the specific Department
of University Housing Area Manager who manages the hosting community.
