Mission Statement

Intercultural Affairs (ICA) is characterized by its student centered support of academic excellence, advocacy, and intercultural education.  Working from a foundation where everyone is intercultural, the department supports the institutional mission by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students and members of the surrounding community.  IA will develop a culturally rich campus that prepares students to be global citizens through critical thinking, educational initiatives, student advisement, and leadership development.
