Important new information:  

• Since the publication of the 3rd Edition of the Domestic Violence Benchbook, the standardized protective order forms in Appendix L have been updated and approved for use by the Georgia Supreme Court and appear on their website here. Click on April 3 for a PDF version of all the updated forms.
• The table of contents in the third edition is hyperlinked as are references within the body of the document. (Note: Hyperlinks have been temporarily discontinued but will be back soon!)
• The third edition has a greatly expanded index. We are currently working to hyperlink the new index and it should be completed for the fourth edition in November 2008.
