Professional Enrichment Products (PEPs)

MCJE accreditation for completion of ICJE Professional Enrichment Products (PEP Courses) is as follows:
Superior Court, State Court and Magistrate Court Judges may earn hour-for-hour credit toward their annual MCJE requirement.  Municipal Court Judges may earn hour-for-hour credit toward their annual requirement only every other year, and must take a Municipal Courts Training Council sponsored non-PEP course in alternating years.  Probate Court Judges may petition the Probate Courts Training Council for MCJE accreditation, but must explain the emergency hardship or other reason that credit should be accorded.  Juvenile Court Judges may not receive credit for PEP courses, inasmuch as they have not been designed and co-sponsored by the Council of Juvenile Court Judges.
