About the Program
A diverse and selective group of recent college graduates address the widening gap in college preparation, counseling, and programming through placement in Georgia public high schools. The College Advisors do not replace professional counseling staff, but rather identify, assist, and empower students for the transition from high school to college. The College Advisors facilitate programs that address awareness of college-going opportunities, knowledge of financial aid resources and application processes, and practice with personal essay writing.
