THE FIVE GOALS OF THE INSTITUTE

IHE faculty and staff work together to meet the public service goals of the Institute.

To prepare tomorrow's leaders in higher education for administrative, professional, teaching, research and public service positions in colleges, universities and other post-secondary educational agencies
To provide in-service assistance and continuing education opportunities for current college and university faculty
To contribute to higher educational policy development and implementation through scholarly, practical and applied research and publications
To provide continuing education and professional development opportunities for personnel in post-secondary institutions
To promote cooperative service, outreach and engagement initiatives
