THE M.P.A. PROGRAM

In collaboration with the School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA), IHE has launched a new concentration in higher education administration for M.P.A. students interested in leadership of universities as a crucial public policy issue. A course sequence in higher education at the Institute complements SPIA's core M.P.A. requirements; the program involves an internship and culminates in a master's thesis.
