Your donation will support a wide range of IPSO projects, such as: Our Maymester study abroad and cultural experience program "UGA in Armenia" allows Georgia students to experience the rich cultural, religious, and historical heritage of Armenia. As part of our Latino Healthcare Seminars, students in the Department of Health Promotion and Behavior in the College of Public Health, distribute dental supplies to audience members. IPSO's "Cross-Cultural Studies: Mexico 2008" was designed to help Georgia extension agents and specialists better understand the cultural basis for interaction with Georgia's Latino immigrants.

The Office of International Public Service and Outreach takes a multidisciplinary approach in building strategic partnerships with UGA units and departments focused on international public service and outreach-oriented programs and activities. Through local, state, and federally-funded initiatives, the Office brings together UGA faculty, staff, and students with private sector, NGOs, and community organizations around the world to find collaborative solutions to complex issues.

IPSO World Fund

IPSO is pleased to announce its World Fund, a general fund that will allow us to combine contributions from members of the UGA community and other friends of IPSO, to support work on community and economic development throughout the world.

Making a Donation through the Arch Foundation

Gifts to IPSO through the Arch Foundation may be made at any time during the year. You can donate now on our secure on-line giving page through the University of Georgia Arch Foundation. Be sure to specify "VP for Public Service and Outreach" as the unit, and then "Office of International Public Service and Outreach" as the department.

Setting Up a Payroll Deduction

For University of Georgia employees, automatic payroll deduction is an easy way to provide continuing support to IPSO's programs. All you have to do is fill out the Payroll D.A. form. Enter "IPSO World Fund" for the account name and "A981830" for the account number, then send it to the University Payroll Department for processing. They will deduct $5, $10 or any other amount that you specify from your monthly paycheck and deposit it directly into the IPSO World Fund.

That's it. In less than five minutes you have made a change in the world. Congratulations!
