Support Women's Studies at UGA

The Institute for Women's Studies is growing and needs
your support!
Help enhance scholarship on women by our faculty and students. Help fund travel
grants so that our students can attend conferences. Help bring feminist thinkers,
writers, and researchers to campus to share their ideas and work.
Friends of Women's Studies
Keep your relationship with Women's Studies at UGA strong through joining the
Friends of Women's Studies. Friends making annual contributions will receive
our newsletter and invitations to occasional symposia on women and gender issues
held on campus and in the Atlanta area.
Women and Girls in Georgia Fund
The annual Women and Girls in Georgia Conference was established in 2007, to encourage and highlight research by, for, and about women and girls in Georgia, in all their diversity. Sparked by a donor contribution, the conference brings together academics, activists, and community members to share expertise, strengthen networks, and strategize for positive social change in Georgia and beyond. You can contribute to the Women and Girls in Georgia Fund by making a check out to The Arch Foundation and write "Women and Girls in Georgia Endowment"
in the "for" line) and mail to The Institute for Women's Studies,
University of Georgia, 1200 S. Lumpkin Street, Athens, GA 30602-3647
