Friday Speaker Series: Fall 2003
The Women's Studies Friday Speaker Series is in its 15th year of
presentations by faculty, students, and community members. We usually
meet in room 137 of the Tate Student Center, but check the schedule
below to be sure. The talks are from 12:20 to 1:10 p.m.

September 5 New Women Faculty Reception
We invite the university community to join us in welcoming
all new women faculty to UGA. Please encourage new women
faculty in your department to attend. Help us welcome all
new women faculty to the university. Come meet potential
collaborators and friends. Also, this year we will honor
Dr. Sylvia Hutchinson with the 2003 Women's Studies Faculty
Award. The Honorable Louise McBee will introduce her.
