There are rooms available at the Old Faithful Inn for the time before the meeting for $ 96.45 including tax or in the Snow Lodge for the time after the Meeting for $ 138.86 (in both cases the rooms have double beds, private bath, (the later one also TV and telephone) and in both the price is the same for single or double occupancy.
HOWEVER, you have to arrange this by yourself and on your own budget. But ONLY for the days after or before the meeting. The nights within the workshop, i.e., the nights from Thurssday to Friday through Saturday to Sunday are booked through me in a block so you do NOT have to book those: .

FURTHERMORE, if you do not
travel with everyone else on the scheduled trips from Bozeman to the Park
on Thursday Oct. 11 (in the morning and at 2:00/2:30) and/or from the Park
to Bozeman, Sunday, Oct. 14 (at noon or in the evening), unfortunately,
I will have to ask you to take care of your own transportation to or from
the Park. There is a decent rental company at the airport in Bozeman.
