7:00 - 8:10 AM - Breakfast OF-Inn
8:15 - 10:00 AM -- Snow Lodge: Every group makes a short presentation to the whole workshop group, explaining the key points of their discussion and presents on overheads detailed goals and tasks (with descriptive key words and / or questions to be answered under each heading). Short feedback from the whole group on the proposed work.
10:00 - 10:20 AM - Coffee Break (Snow Lodge)
10:20 AM -- (if necessary, finishing presentation and discussion), every group goes into their working places (rooms, areas OF. Inn, etc.) and continues to write as much as possible for the grant application(s).
12:30 -- Lunch at OF-Inn.
2:00 PM -- Writing - thinking - writing in the breakout groups.
6:30 PM -- Dinner at OF-Inn.
7:30 - 22:00 PM -- Groups present
their write ups (around 8:45 - 9:00 Break with refreshments)

7:00 -- Breakfast at the Snow Lodge and checking out of the rooms:
8:00 - 8:40 AM --Final presentation of write ups and agreeing on a time table for submitting final versions to identified PI(s) so they can then at the appropriate time assemble, distribute for comments and improvements, edit, modify, and submit the final grant applications.
8:40 - 8:50 AM --Concluding remarks
8:50 - 8:55 -- pick up your BOX LUNCH (at the Snow Lodge Meeting room)
8:50 - 9:10 AM -- checking
out of OF - INN (if not already done in the morning)
and
getting ready to leave
First Van will leave at 9:10 (latest) to Bozeman Airport, 2nd car will leave as decided at the meeting. The car with the Russian participants will tour the Park and will leave the Park via Mammoth Terrace returning early Sunday evening to Bozeman. The first van needs to be back in Bozeman before 12:00 so that the rental car can be returned and the participants can check in for the 1:05 PM flight.
