philanthropy organizations to UGA Cheerleaders.
We have a great number of sisters actively involved in Dance Marathon, an
influential organization that raises money for the Children's Miracle Network.
Additionally, many sisters are involved in Relay for Life, an organization that
works towards raising money to find a cure for cancer, and H.E.R.O. for
Children, a new campus organization striving to make a better life for children
affected by cancer. A large amount of sisters are involved in mentoring
programs in the Athens/Clarke County school systems as well as serving as
tutors to children struggling in school. Many of our sisters at Sigma Phi are
additionally involved in Habitat for Humanity, building homes for those less
fortunate.
The Sigma Phi Chapter of Kappa Delta is also proudly represented as

girls serve as Diamond Darlings, the equivalent for the UGA baseball team.
These are just a few of the ways that Sigma Phi supports the Athletic
Department at the University of Georgia.
Our sisters are impressively involved in over twenty different honor
societies and are consistently named on the Dean's List and as Presidential

Phi chapter is currently number four on campus with our cumulative Grade Point
Average and we are continually trying to push this number higher, striving to
represent Kappa Delta as a group that values academics as well as involvement.

initiated sisters were selected for the prestigious Freshman Board, a selective
group of fifteen freshmen chosen to represent the new freshman class. Two
sisters are currently serving as senators for the Franklin College of Arts and
Sciences and several sisters have additionally served in the Freshman Forum, a
