twelve years, Kappa Delta has hosted a “beauty”
contest for the men on campus. Each guy sponsored competes in
a formal wear and talent competition. For those of you who have
been to this event, you know how much fun the guys make this,
and what a great time we have.
While National
Kappa Delta continues to donate money to the Children’s
Hospital in Richmond, Virginia as
we have done in the past, this year individual chapters will
do their part in raising funds for local charities. All proceeds
raised by our chapter will go to Children’s Healthcare
of Atlanta. We ask that you help us in supporting the needy
children of our country by sponsoring a candidate for big man
on campus and attending the event.
Big man on campus is held every year in November in the Mahler
Auditorium at the Georgia
Center for Continuing Education. All entry forms
and an entry fee of $20 are due at the beginning of November.
The forms can be returned to Kappa Delta directly, in our mailbox
in the Greek Life office, or by emailing kdbigmanoncampus@hotmail.com.
In the past we have had incredible support for this event, and
