About the Libertarians of UGA (or LUGA as we like to call ourselves.)

The Libertarians of UGA was officially started September 21st, 2002 by Daniel Gardner. The campus of UGA h been inhabited by many libertarian, or libertarianesque, organizations since the 1970's, but hardly any have lasted. Many go to the wayside once the figured dies, but such is not the case for LUGA.

The first president, Daniel Gardner, has moved on to greater things as a guitarist for The Escape Artists. He was followed by Stevie Hretz, now a micobiologist for the FDA. The current officers are listed below:
