MULTICULTURAL EDUCATION RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION SUBCOMMITTEE PURPOSE STATEMENT
The purpose of the subcommittee on recruitment & retention is to facilitate the implementation of specific strategies designed to augment diversity within the COE student, staff and faculty populations, thereby increasing diversity within the field of education at large.
