Class Standing - Senior Major - Music Education, bassoon

Wes is a senior Music Education major from Martinez, GA. He has performed with several ensembles, including the UGA Wind Symphony, Redcoat Marching Band, Bassoon Ensemble , Trombone Choir, and is currently principle bassoon of the UGA Symphony Orchestra.

Wes will begin his student teaching in the spring and currently teaches privately at Winder-Barrow High School. Wes is actively involved at Prince Avenue Baptist Church where he serves as worship leader for the youth and plays in the church orchestra. He is engaged to be married on January 5, 2003. His fiance, Blakely Moore, is a senior nutrition major from Marietta, GA. They will wed at the UGA Chapel..
