The manuscripts edition includes a line by line layout of the copies made by Anna Magdalena Bach and Johann Peter Kellner, facilitating the comparison of these two primary sources, as seen below. This is available on the DVD set in pdf format.

This example from the Prelude of Suite No. 1 in G Major illustrates the agreement of the two sources in the third beat of measure 26 - a point of disagreement in many standard editions.
The letters in parenthesis refer to the different sources as follows:
