Eligibility: String students enrolled in grades 7-9 are eligible. The application is due by Friday, October 2, 2009. Please complete the application form as thoroughly as possible. It is recommended strongly that the student attach or enclose letters of recommendation. The application may be photocopied.

Fees: $70.00. This will be due with application. Included in the fee will be lunch on Friday, a late dinner on Friday, and lunch on Saturday.


Requirements: Students accepted into the festival are required to attend all events associated with the festival. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the festival, and no fees will be refunded. Housing, transportation and other meals are the responsibility of the participant. The festival will begin with registration at 8:30 AM on Friday, October 9, 2009. All participants must be present at that time. The first rehearsal will begin at 11:00 AM.. The festival will conclude on Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 5:00PM. The directors of the festival reserve the right to dismiss any participant who fails to meet the standards of the festival, fails to comply with the requirements of the same, or exhibits behavior or action that is deemed unacceptable.
