Athens, Ga. – The UGA Observatory open house scheduled for Friday, Jan. 20, at 7 p.m. has been cancelled. This cancellation is due to work to upgrade the observatory’s telescope. The open house schedule will resume as previously announced beginning Friday, Feb. 24, at 7:30 p.m. For the complete schedule, visit http://www.uga.edu/news/artman/publish/050927_Observatory.shtml.
