Over the course of the investigation Gene Whitner Milner III, a visitor to the UGA campus, was identified as a suspect.  Sufficient probable cause was developed to obtain one Felony False Imprisonment arrest warrant and one Misdemeanor Battery arrest warrant for Milner.  The warrants were issued on 11/20/09.';
