Applying to Extend or Replace Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)


The USCIS form I-90 is the document you will need to submit to renew an expiring or expired green card or replace a lost or damaged card.

Please note that this form is not for those who have conditional residency such as a temporary green card due to marriage to a US Citizen. You will need to process your request for a permanent green card by having the condition is lifted according to the regulations for your particular situation.
