Current Students - IEW Scholarship (2007-2008 year)
The Office of International Education is pleased to be able to award two $500 scholarships
to international students who are in valid F-1 status, who will enroll in the 2007-2008
year, and who need financial assistance in order to ensure the successful completion of
their academic pursuits.
Applicants will be required to submit the application form and all
attachments to the
OIE, 110 E. Clayton St.,
4th Floor, Bank of America Building
by Monday, June 4th, 2007 to be considered for the scholarship.
Applicants should attach budget of monthly expenditures and income (including source)
plus a brief paragraph describing their financial need (all information is strictly
confidential). In addition applicants should provide a letter from their academic
department to verify good academic standing at UGA and that the applicant is on track to
complete studies in fall 2007 or spring 2008.
