  • Download the 2009 Photo & Video Contest entry form here (open the form as a Microsoft Office Word document)*
  • Once you have completely filled in your entry form, save it on your computer as a Word Document (.doc or .docx file extension) with the same name as the title of your photo or video, and e-mail it as an attachment along with the accompanying photo or link to your video: iewphotocontest@gmail.com

*If you have any difficulties opening the entry form, here are several tips to try:

- To open the entry form, your computer will need to have either Microsoft Word 2007 or the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and Powerpoint 2007 File Formats.

- If you're having problems opening the form and saving it as a word document because the entry form is downloading as a zipped file:

  • The solution is simple...if you're having this naming problem, you need to rename their file so it has a .docx extension.  For some reason your web browser is changing the extension. If you do not see the ".docx" or ".zip" they will have to enable file extensions on their computer.  This can be accomplished by following these steps (Windows only)...
    1. Double click 'My Computer' or 'Computer' under the start menu
    2. Press 'Alt' on the keyboard and select 'Tools'
    3. Under the 'Tools' menu, select 'Folder Options'
    4. In the new window select the 'View' tab
    5. Around the ninth option you should see 'Hide extensions for known file types'
    6. This needs to be unchecked and click 'Apply'
    7. The file can now be renamed to "2009 Photo and Video Entry Form.docx

- If you try all these tips and still have trouble with the entry form, please contact the contest coordinator and describe the problem you are running into, iewphotocontest@gmail.com
