Fall 2008 Course Section:
For Graduate Students Only

Enrollment by permission of department only (POD). To receive permission, email the section coordinator at jsegrest@uga.edu. Follow these instructions:
  • In the subject heading of your email, write "UNIV 1120 Graduate section."
  • In the message area, give your full name and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
  • After you receive a reply, you will have only 24 hours to register for the course through OASIS. ATTENTION: The drop/add period for this course ends on Thursday, January 10.

The specific curriculum for UNIV 1120 for Graduate Students changes slightly from semester to semester, depending on the needs of the students who enroll each term. (For more information see course topics.) This special section of the course is typically conducted as a workshop, or as a highly-interactive and highly-participatory forum, in order to address the questions of all graduate students in the class. Because the success and benefit of the class depend so much on interaction among all students and the co-instructors, regular attendance is very important.

NOTE: UNIV 1120 does not offer graduate degree credit.
