Scholarship Announcements

UGA Undergraduate Admissions selects the recipients of the UGA Scholarships awarded to first-year students (Freshmen) during the Admissions Application review process.  Undergraduated Admissions notifies the students to whom they award these scholarships.

UGA scholarships available through the various UGA academic departments and schools are generally awarded to second, third, fourth year and graduate students.  For additional departmental scholarship information, students should consult bulletin boards in their academic departments and schools.

The Office of Student Financial Aid (OSFA) receives some UGA Scholarship Announcements which are found below. These announcements are not a comprehensive listing of all scholarships. Most of these scholarship applications are available on-line; however, some of these scholarship applications are available from the OSFA receptionist in 220 Holmes/Hunter Academic Building. If you have questions concerning these announcements, or know of any additional scholarships we might include on this list, please contact OSFA at osfa@uga.edu.

We also encourage students to visit the World Wide Web for free scholarship searches:
