Matthew Bishop
University of Georgia, MPA; Presbyterian College, BA, political science. Associate Director, University of Georgia 's Initiative on Poverty and the Economy, and faculty member of UGA's Fanning Institute for Leadership. Served as Associate Director of the Georgia Rural Development Council. Research interests include poverty, community economic development, local government visioning, strategic planning, and group facilitation processes. Contact

 

Ben Clark
Maxwell School at Syracuse University, MPA; Indiana University, BA, political science. Experience in an international public health consulting firm, with assignments in South Africa, Lesotho, Tanzania , and Jamaica . As a Peace Corps volunteer in Senegal, worked as a small enterprise development agent in the Sahara Desert. Research interests include environmental management, science & technology policy, and HIV/AIDS policy.

Beth-Anne Leech
Schulich School of Business, York University, MBA, Finance and Strategic Management; McMaster University, B. Eng, Mechanical Engineering.  Previously worked as Manager of Engineering Services at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and at General Motors of Canada as a Project Engineer and Financial Analyst.  Research interests include: public budgeting and finance, the intersection of governments and capital markets, policy implementation, and comparative public administration.

Hui Li
Fudan University, MA, management; Soochow University, Bachelor in law, public administration Originally from China. Experience teaching political science and municipal administration in China. Research interests are public budgeting and finance, government performance, and family planning policy. Contact

John Ronquillo
Arizona State University, MPA; BA, journalism and mass communication. Previously worked as a Policy and Research Analyst and lobbyist for the Arizona Association of Counties. Also part of a research team that carried out a comprehensive social impact assessment for a major copper-mining company. Research interests include public and non-profit management, cross-sector collaboration, technology policy, environmental policy, and social and cultural implications of decision making.


Amber Sinclair
Emory University, MSPH, Biostatistics; Berea College, BA, Mathematics. Previously worked in research and data analysis positions in local and national public health agencies.   Currently works as a contracted Research Associate for Kaiser Permanente of Georgia. Experienced in research design and quantitative methods.  Research interests include public health policy, environmental health effects and health care policy.  Also interested in organizational aspects of health and environmental agencies.
