Jen Tooher, President
Jen Tooher is a junior from Atlanta, GA. Jen currently serves as Panhellenic President and has been active in Panhellenic as well as her sorority since her freshman year. She is a Kinesiology major and Spanish minor, as well as a participant in the Honors Program. She has loved working with others as a volunteer at Athens Regional and Anatomy and Physiology Lab TA. Last Spring Break, she participated in ASB, an amazing service trip to Chicago. She studied abroad in Spain over the summer, traveling after in Western Europe and Africa and is headed to Honduras for Spring Break this year. Jen loves to spend time with her family and friends, go to the lake, work out, and listen to music.

Renee Rosenfeld, Vice President of Recruitment
Renee Rosenfeld is a junior from Dallas, Texas. She is a Pre-Medicine student, majoring in Biological Sciences and minoring in Nutrition. She is hoping to attend medical school in the fall of 2010! This year Renee is serving as the Vice President of Recruitment. Besides her love for Recruitment and Panhellenic, Renee is very passionate about UGA Miracle and serves on the Executive Board. UGA Miracle is the largest student-run philanthropy in Georgia and is committed to saving children’s lives through financial contributions to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, a hospital of Children’s Miracle Network. Before becoming a Panhellenic Executive Officer, Renee served as Recruitment Chair on her sorority’s Executive Board and has held many leadership positions. Renee loves cooking, traveling, working out, fashion, great music, and hanging out with her friends and family. Renee is so excited about the upcoming year with Panhellenic and cannot wait for a fabulous 2009 Recruitment!

Candice Cartiaux, Vice President of Administration
Candice Cartiaux is a third year representing her hometown in Marietta, Georgia. She is an Exercise and Sport Science major focusing on the area of physical therapy. Candice is an active member in her sorority, having held assistant and executive offices in the past. Candice is an active member of the Dean William Tate honor society, Order of Omega Greek honor society, Palladia women's honor society, Dawg Camp staff, and Hoop Girls. Off campus, Candice leads a small group of high school girls at Athens Church and volunteers at the Boys and Girls club. Candice has a passion for people and traveling, and often finds herself reading, running, and attending sporting events in her spare time. In the future, Candice plans to attain a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and serve in a public health career one day. Candice's motto in life is: "Live for something bigger than yourself," and believes that the most rewarding experiences in life align with that simple phrase. |
Jessica Grant, Vice President of Recruitment Counselors
Jessica Grant is a third-year student from Milledgevile, home to the Antebellum Capitol of Georgia. She is a Childhood and Family Development Major, and plans to pursue a career in Event Planning. Before becoming a Panhellenic Executive Officer, Jessica was involved in her sorority, serving on their Executive Board as Recording Secretary in 2008.
She is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Golden Key Society. Her previous involvements include Freshman Forum, HERO, and ugaMIRACLE, and she currently volunteers with the Meals-on-Wheels Program. This summer Jessica will be volunteering and studying aboroad in South Africa as part of the Global L.E.A.D. Program. She enjoys travelling, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and, of course, UGA football. Jessica had so much being a Recruitment Counselor last year, and she is extremely excited to work with the 2009 Blue Vests. She is looking forward to an awesome fall recruitment!

Ginny Mothershead, Public Relations Director
Ginny Mothershead is a junior from Dallas, Texas. She is an International Affairs major and Spanish minor. Ginny served as the Panhellenic Delegate for her sorority before becoming a Panhellenic Executive Board member. Serving as a Panhellenic Delegate and a Recruitment Counselor last year are what sparked her interest in running for Panhellenic Exec. Now, she thoroughly enjoys her duties as the Director of Public Relations. Ginny plans to finish her minor in the summer of 2009 by living with a host family in Seville, Spain. She loves traveling, shopping, concerts, reading and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to work with the fabulous Exec Board members and knows it is going to be a great 2009.

Kelli Born, Judicial Board Director
Kelli Born is a sophomore from Houston, Texas. She is double majoring in Public Relations and Fashion Merchandising. Kelli served as the Assistant Panhellenic Delegate for her sorority in 2008. While in Panhellenic, she served as the Junior Panhellenic Council Committee as the Finance Executive. She currently works at McColly’s, a clothing store in Downtown Athens. This past year she was the second runner up in an essay contest sponsored by Pink Ribbons Project for breast cancer awareness. In her spare time, Kelli enjoys playing on her sorority’s intramural sports teams, relaxing with friends, reading, and traveling. Kelli is very excited about the upcoming year and being a part of Panhellenic! |
Meredith Gilbert. Finance & Correspondence Director
Meredith Gilbert is a third year student from Calhoun, Georgia. She is a communication science and speech disorders major. After graduation she plans to continue studying speech disorders and receive her Masters degree. Before becoming a Panhellenic executive officer, Meredith served as delegate for her sorority. Besides her involvement in Panhellenic, she serves on the Student Alumni Council, volunteers at Alps Elementary School, is a member of the Wesley Foundation, and is very involved with her sorority chapter. In her free time Meredith enjoys spending time at the lake, and being with family and friends. She is so excited about Panhellenic this year and is looking forward to all the great upcoming events!
