Payment Schedule
Fees to be Paid to the
Bursar’s Office
Tuition and fees should be
paid directly to the UGA Bursar’s Office after course registration according to
regular UGA payment schedule.* Payment instructions will be given when you
register in OASIS.
- UGA Tuition for 6 hours (covered
by HOPE, if eligible) = $978; minimum depending on your school and when you
began your studies. See Bursar's Office page for your specific fees:

- Technology Fee: $105
- For non-University System of
Georgia, out-of-state residents: $250 out-of-state fee
- * Summer tuition rates are
subject to change.
Fees to be Paid to the
Program Director. Please make all checks
payable to "UGA"
- Application and $500 refundable
deposit due by: Jan 21, 2008.
- Second installment of $3500 due
by: Feb 11, 2008.
- Third and final installment of
$1900 (includes final program fee of $1750 plus $150 refundable housing
deposit) due by: February 29, 2008.
Refund Schedule
- If a student is not accepted
into the program, $500 deposit will be refunded.
- If a student withdraws from the
program before February 11, 2008 then student will receive a full refund of
all fees paid.
- If a student withdraws from
program on or after February 11, 2008 but before February 29, 2008 then student
will receive a full refund of all fees less $250.
- If a student withdraws from
program between March 1 and March 5, then student will receive a refund of
all fees, minus $700 and all fees already paid by program on behalf of
student.
- If a student withdraws from
program on or after March 5 no refund will be made to student of any fees
paid.
Program Cancellation
- If the program is cancelled due
to insufficient student enrollment, then a full refund of monies paid will be
given to each student.
- If the program is cancelled due
to an act of war or terrorism, a State Department warning or other
circumstances that make the program location unsafe, all monies not already
spent on behalf of the student will be refunded to each student.
