Statement of Interests:
Fleischmann's research has concentrated on the politics of urban development, including zoning, city-county consolidation, annexation, economic development policy, and local elections.
More recently, Fleischmann has worked on projects related to social movements and voters' decision to choose a Democratic or Republican ballot in an open primary.
