Steven Kogan, Ph.D., is a research scientist
at the Center for Family Research. An experienced family-based
clinician, supervisor and scholar, his research interests include
intervention process and sexual victimization. Currently, he
is working on projects at the Center related to diabetes self-management
education, prevention of Type 2 diabetes, and family processes
that forecast competence in emerging adults. Dr. Kogan received
his doctorate in Child and Family Development from the University
of Georgia and is an approved supervisor of the American Association
for Marriage and Family Therapy.
