REV. DR. KENNETH R. BOARD is currently serving as the Pastor at Pilgrim Baptist Church in Rockford, Illinois. Dr. Board received his formal training from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate of Ministry from the Morehouse School of Religion at the Interdenominational Theological Center in Atlanta, Georgia. He is President of KenMar Global Consulting, a management consultant firm specializing in leadership development, multicultural training, team building, personal excellence, and Christian Education training. He is a gifted preacher, lecturer, facilitator, and Biblical scholar. He is currently writing a book on the subject of black pastoral leadership which will be published in 2005. He is a motivational speaker and mentor for public school students. Dr. Board is a former adjunct professor of leadership development and foundations for ministry at the Interdenominational Theological Center.
