We have now been informed by the US Postal Service that mailing has resumed in zip code areas beginning with the following numbers: 

Mississippi:      369      393      394      395      396

Louisiana:        703

 Within the next week we will release any mailing which has been held for these areas.

 However, the following have been added to the list of non-deliverable postal areas:

Louisiana:        705      706

Texas:             770      773      774      775      779      783      784      785

 Blackwell Publishing will continue to hold any mailing to the following zip code areas, unless other arrangements have already been made with your office.

 Complete Mailing Embargo Zip Code Areas:

Louisiana:        700      701      704      705      706

Texas:             770      773      774      775      779      783      784      785

 This ban is in affect until the Post Office is able to resume delivery in areas affected by Hurricane Katrina.  We will keep you informed of any changes.
