Five-Year Program Plans

In 2004, the Provost initiated a Five-Year Program Planning Process to build on the University's Strategic Plan for the First Decade of the 21st Century and on unit-level 2000-2010 strategic plans to enable units to operationalize those strategic plans for 2005-2010 and provide a solid foundation for budget development and resource allocation.
