The Athletic Association shall conduct the business of the Intercollegiate Athletic Program of The University of Georgia consistent with the educational policies and general welfare of the University. The Bylaws of the Athletic Association shall be reviewed by the University Council. The Council shall make recommendations to the President regarding this review. The University Council shall designate at least three of its faculty members to serve on the Board of Directors of the Athletic Association.
