ARTICLE IV. THE UNIVERSITY FACULTY
SECTION 1. Members. At The University of Georgia, the University Faculty shall include the corps of instruction and the administrative officers in accordance with Regents'
Policy.[7]
SECTION 2. Meetings. The University Faculty shall in regular session meet at least once a year upon the call of the President. At this meeting the President shall report on the state of the University. The President shall also call a meeting of the University Faculty upon petition of 100 University Faculty members or after 2/3 majority vote of the University Council.
SECTION 3. Secretary. The Secretary of the University Council shall be the Secretary of the University Faculty. The Secretary shall forward to the Chancellor a copy of the minutes of each faculty meeting within three days of the meeting.
